This week’s Photo Challenge is Motherhood. I had a wonderful session with a beautiful family this weekend, and mom is expecting her third child. We lucked out with a break in weather, lovely overcast light, and a gorgeous location.
I love the feeling in this photo with mom’s hand on her oldest daughter. This picture says “motherhood” to me. 🙂

This little cutie caught some beautiful light last month. It was hard to pick a favorite, but I just love this one.
This week’s challenge theme is “Red” and in support of Go Red for Women (check it out for information on heart health for women).

Sometimes you catch that little smirk/smile at just the right time. When you’re trying to get a certain look from your own children, it can be a challenge.
This is my 4-year old daughter. As fast as she is with her movement and facial expressions, she decided to throw me a bone with this look.
